Consumption rate: For twice a day use, after a month I feel I can reach two weeks more at the least.
This serum has a watery texture (it indicates it's oil free), and it does not add to the oiliness of my skin. It also has a mild and relaxing scent which I love. As to its 'whitening power', don't expect it immediately lighten pimple scars- at a fast rate. I think what it does is to prevent existing breakouts to scar less/lighter, while gradually lightening the existing ones.
It also has a subtle brightening effect on the face. I think it caused my skin to be radiant by 2 points up over 10 (I'm naturally fair, but I can tell). Of course, it would be better if you maintain your facial skin by regular exfoliation.
Overall, whitening power strength is light, radiant effect is light too, but hey, it did not cause any breakouts, and there's been some decline in my breakout rate, so that's a plus.
I give this one 3.75 out of 5.
(Note: My facial skin type is combination skin, and is partly sensitive. I am prone to breakouts which I partly attribute to stress and the often skipping of the night time face washing, though I have my good skin days too.)
